Kudos to Wells Fargo on the launch of the new Wells Fargo/Wachovia blog. As many of our consulting clients stress, institutions often underestimate the complexity of post-acquisition/merger integration, and communications is another key facet of this which can get easily overlooked. It's also excellent to see new media being used in this way. No doubt this will spawn many imitators.
